The state capital of Munich, with a population of around 1.49 million (as of 2020), is one of the most important economic and cultural centers in the Federal Republic and offers a high quality of life due to its proximity to the Alps and the "cultural landscape of the five-Lakes Region". With the "Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität" and the "TU Munich", the state capital has national and international significance as a location for knowledge. Munich is home to many international companies such as BMW AG, Siemens AG, MAN SE, Allianz SE, etc. EXPO REAL is one of the largest real estate trade fairs in Munich, where KENSTONE is represented by a stand.
The Munich location was opened in 2011 and, together with the Stuttgart location, is mainly active in the south of Germany. The areas of activity include in particular the Upper and lower Franconia, Middle Franconia, Upper Palatinate, lower Bavaria, Upper Bavaria and parts of Schwabens.
Since the opening of the Munich office, more than 18,000 expert reports with a valuation volume of almost €77 billion have been prepared.
